Inherited Family Trauma Intensives-2 hours
Looking for a fierce, no nonsense, one-and-done session? These are for you
In these intense 2 hour long sessions, we will do a deep dive into you and your family’s history to find the root cause of your struggles.
By utilizing Mark Wolynn’s Generational Trauma Healing modality, we will combine energy work, visualization, and somatic techniques to find and heal the deeper wounds you have been struggling with.
You will also be given homework rituals to continue for at least 90 days after the session to continue and solidify the healing process.
These sessions are $375 for each 2 hour intensive.
One Time Soul Realignment Reading
For the spiritual seeker that is not looking for ongoing services, this reading is about 1 hours and will focus on identifying your soul’s gifts (or some call soul’s purpose), how you were designed to manifest, and what karmic patterns and energetic blocks are interfering with manifesting your intention.
Clients will also receive an audio recording of their session as wells a 21 day clearing homework assignment.
These readings are $175 per session.
One-on-One Meditation Hour
Looking for a deeper form of relaxation? Or perhaps trying to connect to the energy of the Earth? Maybe you’re looking to connect with your intuition just a bit deeper. Whatever your intention is, let’s focus on it together in this 1 hour meditation!
Through combining different techniques (somatic, mindfulness, breath work, and imagery) I will guide you through the meditation in a calm relaxing space holding neutral.
Clients receiving this service will receive an audio recording of their meditation (upon request).
These 1 hour meditation sessions are $75 per hour.
