Intuition is the reading and interpreting the energy that a person or situation is giving. We all possess this ability whether we are aware of it or not (think of the last time you knew someone was angry even though they didn’t say it).
Part of my work is allowing intuition to organically happen in sessions, whether it’s through reading the chakra system or allowing any images that helps describe the energy come through. I also assist my clients in tapping into their own intuition through meditations and somatic responses.
Please note that because I prefer these intuitive practices to happen organically, they will not happen in every session. Also I will ask for permission from you prior to reading any energy.

Brainspotting is a cutting-edge therapy technique designed to help people process and overcome trauma, emotional pain, and other challenges. By utilizing different eye positions and focused mindfulness practices, we will find the eye position that corresponds to the issue we are focusing on and allow the mind and body to tap into their natural healing abilities.
Brainspotting is also great for connecting to our spirituality, intuition, and creativity! Because of this brainspotting is regularly used in the meditations I provide.
These sessions are one hour and can be done through telehealth or in person.
EMDR is a psycho-therapy that has helped millions of people face their past and overcome the obstacles that have been holding them back.
By using bilateral stimulation (typically eye movements), muscle relaxation and other techniques, you can help your body relieve its stress response and bring peace to your mind.
It's about healing trauma, relieving symptoms and finding a way to live with happiness.
These sessions are 1 hour long and must be on a weekly basis. These can be held in person or through telehealth.
Neurofeedback utilizes biofeedback technology to help the brain learn to function more efficiently. By measuring the brain's electrical activity we can see what's happening inside the mind. We show this information back to the client, and reward their brain for changing its own activity. With Neurofeedback, you can stop self-destructive behaviors, overcome fear and anxiety, or simply be happier in your own skin.
These sessions are 1 hour long and must be done in person on a weekly basis. Neurofeedback services are not covered by insurance at this time.
